About the job

Due to growth plans SiteMinder is currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high performing Global Talent Acquisition Team. Based from our central Sydney office in The Rocks this role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract. Working as part of a global talent acquisition team you will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand the recruiting needs of the business; anticipating hiring needs and proactively identify recruiting solutions to meet those needs across the APAC region.
Primarily you will be supporting our fast growing Technical and Product teams however you will cover a broad business area that also includes Analytics, Operations, Finance & Sales.

This is a fast pace, high pressure role and a fantastic opportunity to work in-house for an amazing Australian tech company. Open to candidates with agency experience looking to move to their first internal role. You must have work rights for a minimum of 12 months.

About you

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Recruiting for Technical teams including development, engineering and product 
  • Take ownership of the end to end recruitment process
  • Sourcing across multiple platforms with a focus on proactive headhunting hard to find tech candidates
  • Supporting the recruitment across all business functions as required
  • Partner and advise hiring community on talent market, interviewing and closing offers
  • Ensure the integrity of the information entered into our ATS
  • Driving social activity increasing brand awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and communication at all levels of business
  • What we need from you includes:
  • Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter within the tech industry is essential
  • Previous experience hiring for Software Developers preferably in the Australian market
  • Strong background in headhunting, sourcing and building talent pipelines
  • A proven track record of being a do-er, motivated by outcomes
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships 
  • Excellent communication skills 
    • Language required: English.
