SiteMinder is the chosen solution for over 35,000 hotels to help them grow by expanding and optimising their online guest acquisition. Our product features include distributing hotels’ rates and availability to over 350 online travel channels (such as Expedia, Booking.com and Agoda), helping them drive more guest bookings from their website, and offering business analytics to help them make decisions around rates and packages.

What are we looking for?
 
We're looking for a driven, outgoing and customer oriented Bilingual Technical Customer Support - Fluent English and Mandarin speaker to provide our technical and product functionality support in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure our customers fully understand our product and their technical enquiry is satisfactorily resolved.  

Due to the time difference you will need to be available to work Monday to Friday 1130am to 8pm.

About you

In this role you will:
  • Provide customer support for SiteMinder labelled products and services in fluent English and Mandarin
  • Provide high levels of customer service via phone or email
  • Identify each customers support and product requirements with the aim of resolving their enquiry in a timely and courteous manner
  • Your skills and experience:
  • You are fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is a plus!
  • Have solid understanding and interest in software and computer applications
  • Have solid problem solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot web browser and connectivity issues
  • You love customer service, you live and breathe providing the best customer experience and are able to effectively handle all different types of customers
