The Six Flags Partnerships Activation Lead will assist in the all facets of planning and coordination of events and activations sold and developed by Corporate Partnerships team.

The Partnership Activation Lead will provide exceptional service to our client and our guests. In this role, you will help oversee the execution of partner programs at the Parks and ensure all details of the program have been executed.  Responsibilities will include the coordination and execution of all contracted partner elements, including but not limited to; special events, activations, print signage, digital signage, sampling, experiential, inventory management, impressions tracking, recapping, and etc.

 

Job duties:

  • Assist Six Flags properties in strategic planning and execution of Corporate Partnerships programs with heave focus in signage and special events.
  • Manage internal project communications and workflows, ensuring Six Flags properties are aware of current or upcoming programs, and have all the tools needed to successfully execute campaigns.
  • Liaise between all Six Flags properties and Corporate to maintain accurate reports on hardware status, current placements, and inventory availability.
  • Coordinate execution of partnership program creative, including reviewing specs, trafficking digital spots, submitting print shop orders, sharing print tracking information or digital deployment dates, and overseeing all signage installation, maintenance and deinstallation.
  • Maintain partnership calendars and coordinate marketing elements with both external and internal teams.
  • Proactively monitor digital campaigns, compile impression delivery reports, and recommend campaign optimizations as needed to improve performance
  • Work with parks to ensure collection of compliance photos and create partner recaps presenting proof of campaign implementation including those compliance photos, website screenshots, social media posts, etc.
  • Support in the development of internal and external presentations.
  • Assist with invoicing, processing, and fulfillment of partner related items with Shared Services and applicable partners.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities, ad hoc projects, for the Account Management Team.
  • Assist in running weekly activation calls and lead the parks teams on execution of upcoming activations and installations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate must possess:

  • Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in the event activation, entertainment, or sponsorship.  
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed (Nights/Weekends/Holidays).
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
