Event Execution Team Member

Job Summary: A seasonal position dedicated to assisting the Fulltime Event Execution team in planning, organizing, and executing special events and activations at Six Flags St. Louis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of in-park picnics, product sampling and other marketing events
- Coordinate with park operations teams to deliver pre, day of and post event execution
- Answer incoming group calls and assist with phone orders
- Communicate with clients throughout the event planning process
- Work closely with the ticket office to fulfill group orders
- Assist the Event & Activation Coordinator with partnership programs
- Ability to take quality pictures to be used in partnership recap decks
- General office duties such as copying, filing, and faxing
- Enforce all park policies and procedures and maintain all Six Flags standards
- Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Planning to attend or currently in College
- Guest service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds
