Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Skills & Qualifications
- Oversees implementation and management of capital projects throughout the enterprise, including tracking resources, timelines, finances and infrastructure.
- Manage performance and productivity of all maintenance and construction leadership.
- Communicate strategies, progress and results across a broad array of activities, including facilities maintenance, annual preventative maintenance, structural and equipment repair and rehabilitation, new construction, architectural design, landscaping, and park
- Analyze financial reports related to budgets, performance of facility maintenance rehab schedules, and capital improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA Safety Standards and Company policies and procedures across the enterprise.
- Oversees capital budgets for all projects.
- Oversight of systemwide scheduling, planning, and timely execution of all projects related to maintenance or c
- Responsible for ensuring all projects are completed in a safe and timely manner so as not to adversely affect the guest
- Evaluate maintenance performance data per park to refine business and operational practices, ensure safe and efficient operations, effective manpower utilization, and effective budget
- Maintain records and documentation to ensure they are accessible, organized, and updated daily.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development for the entire maintenance
- Establish and maintain relationships within maintenance departments throughout the enterprise to sustain a safe, productive, and positive work
- Develop and maintain a training program for new maintenance team members focused on safety.
- Act as a liaison when needed with federal, state, and local agencies responsible for regulatory oversight and
- Support the Company mantra: friendly, clean, fast and safe
- Must be available for travel both domestic and international throughout the year
Skills & Qualifications
- Must be professional, energetic and self-m Must have an entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to lead teams located in multiple locations along with the ability to collaborate across departments and other functions.
- Experience with Maximo or another enterprise asset management tool
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft
- Minimum of 10 years project management experience in construction with proven history of managing a budget with accurate forecasting accountability.
- Strong public presentation skills
- Proven history of on-time, project
- BA or BS in Business, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- AIMS Maintenance Level 1, 2 or 3 and or NAARSO certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with ASTM F-24, EN & ISO Standards for rides and devices.
