Following a period of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Corporate Sales Manager. This role is focused on looking after existing business and growing the portfolio. The demands for success are high and therefore the successful applicant will need to have a proven track record in sales and management, preferably from a B2B service market. Your job – as awesome as our vehicles: * responsible for rent-a-car corporate sales in the area of Bern, Basel and Geneva. * further develop local sales strategy, structures and processes * set up action plans to grow business and gain market share in Switzerland including continuous monitoring * Retain existing customer base including upselling * establish good relationships with the most important client decision makers as well as travel management companies * implementation of international customers Your profile – Ready to put your foot on the gas and be in the driver seat * excellent appearance and charismatic behavior * strong relationship building skills * very good communication and negotiation skills & profound analytical skills * highly motivated, dynamic and hands-on personality willing to go the extra mile * senior attitude in dealing with clients and willingness to stay in direct contact * Flexibility to travel throughout Switzerland and attend evening events as required * Experience managing existing customer portfolios * Experience in a similar sales positions in a competitive B2B service market & cross border Sales * Knowledge in MS Office applications and CRM systems & experience with “Salesforce” * French and English language skills are mandatory, German would be considered an asset Why Choose Sixt?
