Con el fin de ampliar nuestro equipo de ventas, actualmente estamos en búsqueda de una persona cualificada para ocupar el puesto de Replacement Sales Manager Spain cuya labor principal será la de gestionar las cuentas de Replacement (aseguradoras, financieras, compañías de Leasing/Renting) con el objetivo de que dichos clientes reserven Sixt para proveer vehículos de sustitución a sus asegurados/clientes.


* Desarrollar las estrategias comerciales a corto, medio y largo plazo con los clientes asignados.
* Establecer las políticas de ventas para sus clientes por productos a nivel de precios, plazos, condiciones, servicios añadidos, etc.
* Negociar directamente los contratos con los clientes asignados.
* Atender las necesidades de los clientes, proponiendo adaptaciones o desarrollos de productos ya existentes.


* Experiencia de al menos 2 años de experiencia comercial.
* Valorable experiencia en automoción o Aseguradora con vínculos a la Automoción.
* Español e Inglés nivel alto.
* Profesional proactivo y dinámico con alta capacidad de impacto y negociación.
* Con orientación clara a objetivos y a trabajar bajo presión de una manera autónoma y sujeta a plazos.
* Disponibilidad para viajar.
