About the job

Au sein de la Direction Revenue Management et Pricing basée au siège et constituée d’une vingtaine de personnes, vous êtes directement rattaché(e) à la Chef de projets innovation & Pricing et avez pour missions principales :

1. Revenue Management
- Pilotage du Revenue Management d'un établissement, c’est-à-dire de l’optimisation du revenu et de la marge commerciale.
Cette gestion opérationnelle sera l’occasion d’intégrer les principes d’optimisation, et de comprendre les interactions entre les systèmes et problématiques du Revenue Management et du Pricing.

2. AMO - Projet de modernisation d’outils & process du service Revenue Management & Pricing
- Analyse critique de l’existant.
- Participation active à l’amélioration de la modélisation de notre activité, en particulier sous l’angle statistique et en matière de gestion de data.
- Expression de besoins fonctionnelle « Utilisateur ».
- Contribution à l’élaboration d’un cahier des charges.
- Gestion du pilote et recettage.
- Déploiement de la nouvelle solution.

About you

Vous suivez une formation bac +4/5 de type Ecole d’Ingénieur, généraliste ou statistique et êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre.

Vous êtes une personne enthousiaste, organisée et sachant prioriser.
Vous êtes quelqu’un de curieux et êtes force de proposition.
Vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
Vous êtes très à l’aise avec les chiffres et avez un goût prononcé pour l’analyse de données.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en gestion de bases de données et en statistiques
Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (notamment Excel et Access) et parlez un anglais courant (écrit, oral).
