Job description
VOS MISSIONS :
- Mise en œuvre et suivi administratif des projets F&B de la marque Sofitel
- Mise en place et actualisation des cartes de l’hôtel
- Saisie hebdomadaire des plannings prévisionnels et suivi des plannings réalisés
- Analyse régulière des topline, des ressources opérationnelles, des marges
- Rectification des écarts de vente
- Réalisation et suivi des internal audits
- Suivi des réunions de service
- Support opérationnel pendant les services (restaurant, bar, séminaires, événements privatifs)
- Mise à jour MC Micros
- Réalisation ponctuelle de business plan

Requirements
- Diplômé(e) BTS Hôtellerie-Restauration ou équivalent
- Parfaite maîtrise du Français
- Anglais courant
- Seconde langue étrangère valorisée
- Connaissances gastronomiques appréciées
- 1ère expérience significative lors d’un stage précédent
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Connaissance du logiciel Micros serait un plus.
