The Role…

Provide day to day management of the logistics department for Soho House & Co. Managing the 3rd party warehouse operations, maintaining sound relationships with all internal departments understanding all their logistical business needs to provide distribution of Soho Home and Cowshed across all channels globally.

Main Duties…

  • Manage the third-party warehouse performance to ensure that all priority orders are shipped according to SLAs, POs are booked in on time and rework requests are completed on time and on budget
  • Work with wholesale and warehouse teams to set up and ensure compliance of all global shipping instructions for wholesale accounts
  • Manage clearance of overstocks and damaged stock through regular review; sending stock to outlets, staff sales, auction and other clearance channels
  • Responsible for inventory accuracy including PI counts at the UK warehouse, and organising an annual stocktake at US warehouses
  • Work closely with the warehouse to manage UK and international distribution and ensure best practice is being followed for customer deliveries e.g. e-com packing standards, wholesale order dispatches
  • Bench-marking carrier choices regularly and ensuring competitive pricing
  • Responsible for managing projects in line with the project roadmap
  • Ownership of delivery schedules including openings, pop ups and launches
  • Manage the warehouse budget with responsibility for monthly reporting analysis and communication to other business departments to support their understanding of all warehousing and transport costs associated with their channel, in line with planned budgets.
