Our successful Assistant HR Managers …

• source and short-list appropriate applicants for vacancies as identified for department managers, and guide the selection process
• analyse HR data (eg. exit interviews; disciplinary hearings) and present insightful and added-value reports
• assist employees to resolve personal issues
• add value to Line Management by assisting them with performance consulting
• maintain and build key relationships with staff, service providers and external stakeholders
• ensure HR administration is accurate and kept up to date
• be able to facilitate learning and development programmes
• strengthen the company’s vision, mission and values through Organisational Development interventions
• are committed through their actions to build constructive employee relations and resolve disputes.

Requirements

• HR Diploma or Degree
• HR Administration
• UAE Labor Law
• Must speak, read and write Arabic
• Understand the MOL and VISA processes and execute
• Staff Accommodation
• Staff Cafeteria
• Learning and Development background
• To assist in controlling and auditing the manning guide
• To constantly monitor hotel operation needs through staff and management feedback, guest comments and cooperate observations
• To be regularly available for counseling session, empathetic open communications, reliable and confidential
• Manage Payroll related processes
• To ensure the process of hotel entertainment license
• To check and monitor monthly vacation, sickness and lieu day report
• To assist in monitoring administration of disciplinary procedures
• To check and monitor the staff personnel file and to ensure that it matches the SOPs
• Staff Welfare
• To prepare all statistics required by government and reply to their enquiries
• To follow-up and keep necessary files for employee files for employee legal cases
• To prepare the vacancy list according to the manning guide
• To participate and facilitate learning and development activities
• To issue employment visa, work permits, residence visa, and family visas for senior Managers
• Staff accommodation daily operation
