Our successful F&B Supervisors’ …

• build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other and competent
• implement action plans ensuring the optimal functioning of all Food and Beverage delivery so that guests’ expectations are exceeded
• manage all tasks of service preparation, including rosters, checklists, briefings, point of sale, cash ups, handovers, operating equipment control, stock taking and bookings.
• fulfil service requirements promptly and with a positive approach
• work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.

About you

- good numeracy,
- verbal and written English skills;
- at least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Worked in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Have all day and/or fine dining experience
