Paid Internship in Culinary!

Culinary Arts Trainee:

In this program you'll be assigned hands on, mentored training activities related to the kitchen and its functions to gain skills and knowledge of the host site's culinary operations.

You'll have the opportunity to shadow kitchen supervisors and learn the skills needed to supervise a shift in the restaurant kitchen, utilizing the knowledge of techniques, organizational culture, policies, procedures and practices learned during the program.

You'll be able to implement these skills at a supervisory level and successfully demonstrate their ability to meet all of the restaurant’s standards of a leader.

This opportunity will require a J-1 visa which has specific eligibility requirements.
To qualify as an Intern you must be EITHER (1) currently enrolled in university studying in the career field of the internship OR (2) have graduated with a degree in the internship career field within the last 12 months.
To qualify as a Trainee you must be EITHER (1) graduated with a degree in the traineeship career field and have one year of related experience outside of the U.S., OR (2) without a degree, have 5 or more years of experience in the field.
