Staff housing provided at a cost. Explore the beautiful California wine country, visit San Francisco, or the Redwood Forest on your days off.
Rate: Server $15.00hr plus gratuities, Host/Supervisor - $20.00 hr
It is customary in the US to work in “gratuity” positions. In these positions, you will receive a base hourly salary plus gratuity (tips). While the amount of a gratuity is ultimately at the discretion of the guest, the customary tip is 15-20% of the total bill before tax. Based on history, you may expect to earn around $25.00 per hour”.
During training you will be allowed one staff meal.Uniforms will be provided.
Transportation can be organized if you contact the DHR to discuss your arrival prior to booking your flight.
You should either get a car or a moped for travelling- a bike will not work. Keep in mind the costs for getting a car. housing is 6-8 miles from the resort - about a half hour at maximum on a moped/car.
