The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resource team in the full spectrum of Human Resources related matters, including Policies and Procedures.
HR Projects
The HR Coordinator will provide support to source and collate information required for the smooth implementation of the following projects:
“Monthly Heroes“
  • Assist with “Monthly Heroes” co-ordination
  • Collate and compile the list of winners & 1st year anniversary
  • Prepare certificates and presentation slides
  • Liaise with Administrative Officer/caterer for tea break items
Wiki HR
  • Constantly review and suggest improvement to the HR portal
  • Assist in updating information (eg Corporate benefits, monthly quotes, etc)
Corporate benefits
  • Assist in renewing the current corporate benefits
  • Source for new vendors to be considered for addition to our current list

HR Administration

  • Coordinate all recruitment functions including arranging interviews, conducting phone interviews, administering skills assessment and/or job posting
  • Execute administrative activities related to onboarding and clearance process
  • Support health and work life activities organized jointly by HR and welfare committee
  • Handle work pass application, renewal and cancellation
  • Maintain personnel records and updating internal employee records database
  • Prepare Festive greetings messages & announcements
  • Design creative e-mail blast related to internal job opportunities, promotions, transfers, farewell etc
  • Check and verify receipts submitted by Associates for medical claims
  • Ensure that documents are in place and are aligned with Company’s policy

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma Holder or A level with 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in work pass application preferred
  • Meticulous, IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
