Who we are…
Mastering is part of Studio Operations, which ensures the finishing and delivery of assets through an integrated, holistic and cost-effective manner that enables sales and marketing opportunities by optimizing the total lifecycle value of our Motion Picture products. The Studio Operations Division includes:
  • Asset Finishing (Library and Technical Services and Mastering)
  • Localization (Disney Character Voices)
  • Disney Digital Studio Services (Including Mastering)
  • Product Delivery (Motion Picture and In Home Supply Chain Operations)
ResponsibilitiesMake an impact by…
  • Learning the three main work queues in the Studio Operations’ Mastering Group
  • Developing abilities in Quality Assurance Reviewing
  • Performing research regarding historical data in online/paper files and multiple databases
  • Assisting Title Producers in confirming completion of milestones and reporting status
Basic QualificationsWhat we’re looking for…
  • Strong project management and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of feature film post production process
  • Organizational skills
  • Self-managed priority setting in a highly dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Interest in project management, technology and behind the scenes work
  • Passion for film
Preferred QualificationsAlso a plus…
  • Knowledge of Confluence
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet
Required Education
  • Working toward or recently graduated with an undergraduate degree, preferably in Film, Television, Electronic Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification a plus

Additional InformationProgram Eligibility
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Unrestricted work authorization
  • Available full time (40 hours per week) or part time (24+ hours per week, in blocks of at least 4 hours) from September through December.
  • Ability to provide own relocation, housing and transportation. Position is located in Burbank, CA.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program at a college/university taking at least one class in the semester prior to participation in the internship program, or recently graduated within six months at time of application
