We are looking for Waiters/Waitresses for our new opening of a Pan-Asian restaurant fine dining, ATTIKO in Lisboa, inside ME Lisbon hotel.
Main responsibilities
- Prompt, and courteous greeting of customer.
- Take order of the clients, having a complete and thorough knowledge of all menu items in order to be able to describe and make suggestions.
- Deliver food to customers on the table in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations.
- Manage the set up and close down of tables within section.
- Keeps all workstations and equipment as clean as possible at all times.
- Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in similar role and within fast paced environment experience in fine dining restaurants (Asiatic is a plus) .
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Is a plus to have good knowledge of wines and spirits.
- Excellent knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.
- Ability to create a positive fine dining experience for customers.
- Customer oriented with a positive attitude.
