Job Description

The Job: To assist with the cooking and preparation of hot and cold foods in our busy Deli section.

The Deli Cook will be responsible for the effective management of the Carvery & Deli area, including preparation and cooking of top-quality food, including hot dinners, using great products, whilst maintaining a keen margin.

The Deli Cook will deal with the day to day operations, food quality, sourcing and ordering, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a great food operation. Responsible include managing the Deli team and promoting a good work ethic.

Applicants will ideally be an experienced cook/chef, have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience at management level in the catering/hospitality sector, be able to work on a full-time basis
