Human Resource - Talent & Training Officer

Position Objective: for you to ensure a high quality and consistent focus on the administration and coordination of training department, which will also assist in providing hotel training courses to all team members, thereby contributing to and supporting the reputation of our hotel.


Summary of Responsibilities:

1. 培训活动的管理及协调



- 对员工培训课程进行后勤及管理上的安排


- 提交培训需求或缺席培训者的名单

- submit a list of training needs or absence of trainers

- 组织员工参加紧急救护培训和食品卫生课程

- organize staff to participate in the emergency ambulance training and food hygiene courses

- 保存所有员工的培训记录,包括入职培训

- keep all training records for all employees, including orientation training.

2. 员工的联系及反馈

employee contact and feedback

- 确保培训消息在员工布告牌上的更新

- ensure that the training information is updated on the staff bulletin board.

- 准备通知,时事通讯等,确保员工能从员工布告牌上得知关于培训的项目及活动

- prepare notification newsletter, to ensure that projects and activities on training staff from the bulletin board

- 与员工进行互动并收集员工的反馈信息及建议

- interact with employees and collect feedback and advice from employees.

3. 实习生管理


- 处理实习生的文件 (例如,为外籍实习生申请工作允许,准备预约信件)

- document (for example, to apply for work permit for foreign interns, to prepare an appointment letter).

- 监管实习生跨部门的运作

- 监管实习生的限额并且及时更新所有实习生的档案


- 对图书馆进行检查并且每6个月更新一次

- check the library and update it every 6 months.

- 保有一本关于书籍供应及电影资源的文档

- keep a document on the supply of books and movies.

- 准备所有电影的大纲

- an outline of all the films

- 分发关于电影和书籍购买的目录

- distribution of movies and books on the purchase of the directory

5. 归档及记录


- 安排培训经理和培训师的季度性会议时间

- training managers and trainers for quarterly meetings

7. 准备报告

prepare reports


prepare monthly performance reports for training analysis.

- 参加必要的会议及培训

- attend the necessary meetings and training sessions

- 为员工做英语培训

- English language training for employees.

We are looking for a well organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
·         Fluent in English and Mandarin oral and written
·         At least 1 year experience, that of calling centre as a plus
·         College and above Hospitality Management Major as a plus
·         Ability to work with enthusiasm, passion and initiative. Observe in details. Available for flexible working time and quick paced environment
