Supervision and control of food and beverage service in order to maximise profitability and customers’ satisfaction.

Support and guide junior staff and monitor their performance.

Ensure that all operating equipment quality is maintained.

Check on guests’ satisfaction, attend guests’ needs & complaints with proper follow up.
-
Report to manager any kinds of deviation from set standard and procedures.
-
Help minimize waste, neglect, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipment.

Help control labour cost by maximizing allocation and rostering of team members
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years in a similar role
-
Diploma in Hospitality Management or higher
-
Problem solving and service recovery skills
-
Customer relation and interaction management skills
-
Marketing and financial analysis skills
-
Leadership/people management
-
Able to work under pressure and independently
