There is an opportunity to join our team as part of our Ascott Management Associate Programme (AMAP), completing three, 6-month rotational attachments (18-month period) predominantly in operations across the UK, Germany, and France. A brief attachment with Corporate functions (Sales, Revenue, Finance) will be provided. Supported by a dedicated mentor, you will be expected to:

• Live our brands and become an ambassador, demonstrating exemplary customer service skills (internal and external)
• Take ownership in completing tasks, projects and other assignments to a high-quality standard
• Seek opportunities whilst encouraging innovation whenever appropriate
• Lead your team in operations, if given the opportunity, and get involved in all areas of the business whilst working across various functions of the business throughout the week
• Be flexible to relocate to your designated training property/department

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a recent university graduate who is hospitality operations driven, understand leading and managing people, is customer service minded in their resolutions and has awareness of the appropriate business acumen to utilise. Further to that, the ideal candidate would have the below requirements:

•Fluent command of French and English (both written and verbal)
•A good knowledge of German would be a precious asset
•Effective skills in communication, organisation, and people
•A degree and passion for the hospitality industry and ‘can-do’ attitude
•High levels of adaptability and ability to grasp learnings effectively for further application
•Proficient level of IT systems including Microsoft Office Suite, PMS (advantageous)
•Meticulous eye for detail along with the ability to work under pressure
