As Chef de Partie, you will be supporting the Junior Sous and Sous Chef and be highly self-reliant. You will be responsible for the flawless running of a section within the department ensuring that all food is exceptional and served in an efficent manner and to the correct standard ensuring that departmental goals and targets are met within the financial constraints of the department so that optimum profitability is achieved. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual who can demonstrate success at this level, ideally someone who has worked in a similar role for 2 years within a 5 star luxury hotel.
