As Commis Chef, you will be supporting the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie to run a section, flawlessly delivering exceptional food to the correct standards. You will work in the main kitchen supporting preparation of food for Meeting and Events, In Room Dining and Palm Court.
Your responsibilities will include preparation, mise-en-place and general kitchen duties, being flexible as required to support the wider team. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated individual who can demonstrate an eagerness to learn at this level and who can develop to support the entire kitchen team.
