As Personal Assistant you will provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the General Manager, including excellent organisation skills, pro-active diary management, drafting and preparation of correspondence and communication, maintain filing systems and collating reports. You will also assist with key projects and other ad hoc activities to ensure an effective operation, as well as meeting and greeting guests on behalf of the hotel. You are well-presented with a welcoming attitude and personality, having excellent interpersonal skills and be a confident and natural communicator. You will ideally have previous experience within a similar environment and be familiar with office software systems.
