As Restaurant Supervisor you will support the Restaurant Management team to deliver a consistent and flawless service providing exceptional personal service to our discerning guests. You will assist the development of the team to work to the correct standards and exceed guest expectations so that our reputation grows and our staff and guest retention increases. You will be responsible for ensuring that exceptional standards are maintained at all times and are in keeping with a 5 star luxury hotel. You will ensure that departmental goals and targets are achieved whilst ensuring the achievement of optimum profitability and maintaining the financial control of the department. You will work closely with the management team to continue to grow the reputation of the restaurant as one of the city’s most renowned dining destinations. A strong knowledge of quality food and wine is essential for this role as is leading by example with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. You will be an excellent and confident communicator with exceptional people skills. You will be passionate about your team and, ideally, you will have previous experience of training, leading or supervising a team within a similar role in a quality hotel environment.
