INTERNSHIP SUMMARY

As a Culinary Administration Assistant Trainee your main mission will be to assist our Executive Chef to provide extraordinary culinary experience to our guest in our restaurants, bars, guest rooms and events. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Partner Chef and our Executive Chef who are creating an unique food a drink offering for our restaurants and bars, serving the Barcelona community,

You will participate in the implementation and development of the standards of the department to ensure guest and employee satisfaction, focusing on continuous improvement and work to exceed the department and the hotel’s goals.

In this role you will also be assisting our Executive Chef in managing day-to-day administrative kitchen operations, including procurement, productivity, creating reports, kitchen financial management, budgeting, food cost control, stockage and others.

What we’re looking for
- You must be available from June or July 2020 for a six months full time internship.
- Working schedules are flexible, according to business needs. This might include working on evenings or on the overnight shift if required.
- Candidates must be enrolled in a Masters/Bachelor Degree in Hospitality.
- English and Spanish are required.
