The Villa Butler is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized guest experience by anticipating guest needs and ensuring seamless service throughout the stay. This role includes overseeing all aspects of the guest's villa experience, from arrival to departure, while maintaining the highest standards of luxury, discretion, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Engagement:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience inside the villa.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all guest needs and requests during the stay.
- Provide a personalized and discreet service, maintaining confidentiality and anticipating preferences.
- Villa Operations:
- Conduct daily villa inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
- Set up in-villa amenities such as welcome drinks, turndown services, and special celebrations.
- Dining & Beverage:
- Serve meals and beverages in the villa, ensuring fine dining standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for in-villa dining orders and special dietary requirements.
- Prepare and serve cocktails or beverages as needed.
- Guest Preferences & Experiences:
- Maintain records of guest preferences and special requests for future visits.
- Assist in planning guest itineraries, excursions, spa appointments, and dining reservations.
- Organize in-villa experiences such as romantic setups, private events, or themed evenings.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Monitor guest billing and coordinate any in-villa charges.
- Provide assistance with packing/unpacking, shoe polishing, and garment care.
- Safety & Security:
- Ensure the security and privacy of the villa and guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.
- Proven experience as a butler or in a similar guest-facing luxury hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality or butler training.
- Experience working in private villas, luxury resorts, or private households.
- Familiarity with cultural etiquette for high-profile or international guests.
