Assistant General Manager

About the job

1. Overseeing the day to day activates and operation in the shops.

2. Checking the manpower efficiency.

3. Proper management for customer complaints.

4. Monitoring the work performance of the staffs.

5. Giving Innovative Ideas

6. Suggesting Management if any change required in policies

7. Estimate food and supply needs, oversee the placement of orders.

8. Hire, train, and supervise managers and staff.

9. Establish and enforce standards and regulations

10. Motivating the staff

11. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations

About you

1. Experience in the restaurant industry

2. High school diploma or equivalent

3. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills

5. Exceptional organization and leadership skills

6. Dependable and reliable
  • Language required: English. Arabic and Hindi are a plus
