We are looking for a talented Commis chef to join the pastry brigade in Hélène Darroze at the Connaught - the outstanding two-star Michelin and 5AA-Rosette restaurant by cuisiniere Hélène Darroze.

As Commis chef you will be working with the freshest seasonal produce and ingredients, assisting the kitchen brigade in the daily preparation and service of outstanding food and menus.
The ideal candidate will be a great team player with excellent communications skills and the ability to take instructions, and have an absolute passion and commitment to learn using exceptional quality ingredients to ensure the highest standards are achieved on a daily basis. Previous experience gained within a similar role would be beneficial for this role.
