About the job

4.5 star luxury hotel with Southern Charm crafting locally-rooted, globally-influenced dishes in the unpretentious spirit of a traditional French brasserie. Rotations include Garde manger, Banquets, fish station and Chef de partie. On your days off visit the beach, tour the lighthouse, go on a walking tour of this beautiful ocean front city and taste the world class cuisine, or go on a ghost hunt!

A complimentary uniform is offered. The cooks will bring their own pants and non-slip shoes.

The hotel has a break room and a discounted meal program for the employees.

The hotel will offer 2 weeks of complimentary housing upon arrival and a $500 incentive after 90 days.
