About the job

As Bartender you will assist in the day to day running of the bar, prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards while ensuring a smooth service and handling guest requests. The right candidate is passionate about drinks and their preparation and exhibits an in-depth knowledge of wine, beers and classic cocktails. She/He demonstrates an exemplary level of service for the entire team as well as the ability to provide training to the Bar backs as and when required.

Ideally our Bartenders are London based, familiar with the area and have a good knowledge of local places of interest.

About you

Key responsibilities include

• Work diligently to achieve outstanding drinks and service quality
• Advise on the best drink and food choices for each customer and answer
questions
• Take orders, prepare drinks and deliver them to the table deftly and
accurately
• Attend to the bar and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
• Deliver checks and accept payment
• Look for ways to consolidate service and upsell
• Competent on menu knowledge and recipes of house cocktails
• Completing checklists and participating in cleaning duties as to maintain a
tidy work place
