Spa Receptionist
About the job
- The ideal Spa Receptionist will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming & presentation, while creating memorable experiences for our guests
- We require our Spa Receptionist to take the time and ‘meet’ the guest prior to their arrival, getting familiar with our regulars likes and dislikes
- As part of your daily routine you must carry on show-arounds, while explaining the Spa facilities to internal and external guests
- An important part of your role is to handle guest complaints in a professional, courteous and understanding manner and report issue to the manager on duty
- You will also advise guests on suitable skincare products taking every opportunity to upsell retail products and also treatments that are appropriate, in a professional but friendly manner
- You will also need to follow the opening and closing procedure, including balancing and cashing-up and on occasions you will assist with stock-taking
