Job description

As our Front Office Manager, you will be an ambassador for the hotel as well as the team you are leading. Managing the day to day operations of our Front Office team, you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved.

A natural motivator, you will excel at managing and developing a high performing team. Leading 35+ team members, this role represents an opportunity to play a key role in our senior team. Our FOM oversees the Front office, Concierge and Nights operations.

As Front Office Manager at The Marylebone, you will be working for the family owned Doyle Collection Hotel group, which means there are plenty of opportunities for your career to grow in the UK and further afield in Ireland and the USA!


The ideal candidate will have experience working in a management level role within the luxury hospitality industry; ideally at Front Office Manager level in a smaller property or Assistant FOM in a similar sized hotel.
