Banquet Server
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient food & beverage service in accordance with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts food & beverage standards
- Work as part of a team to provide a consistently high standard of service in areas such as meeting set‑ups and all meal functions
- Demonstrate professional and positive image to guests and colleagues at all times
- Report any deficiencies in equipment or level of supplies to the Banquet Supervisors
- Ensure the equipment and all work areas are maintained to hotel standard
- Properly stock all convention equipment in appropriate areas
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene Ensure a clean and safe working environment, and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
- Adhere to all hotel environmental policies and initiatives

Carry out any other tasks as assigned

Minimum 1 year in a similar function in Food & Beverage, preferably Banquets or Conventions

Post Secondary education in Hotel/Food and Beverage Management

Self‑motivated, organized, reliable

Displays high initiative requiring minimal supervision

Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly, stand and walk for the duration of the shift
