We are now recruiting for the following summer 2019 SWEP Culinary positions:

- Second Cook
- Prep Cook
- Pastries

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a culinary related program

Must be returning to school or have a requirement to complete a co-op prior to graduation

1 year experience in a high quality, busy kitchen environment is preferred

Highly responsible & reliable

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
-
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Must possess solid knife skills

Able to work a variety of shifts and adapt to a changing business environment
