About the job

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

RECEPTIONIST
- Warmly welcome our customers
- Ensure compliance with norms and standards
- Register the arrivals (bookings and walk-in)
- Give a room meeting customers’ requests
- Prepare the arrivals of groups (keys, leaflets, bills, rooms...)
- Prepare registration cards for the check-in and class them alphabetically
- Make sure of a good presentation of the Front Desk

PHONE OPERATOR
- Hand over external calls to clients or staff members
- Be the link between the clients and the hotel staff members
- Give all relevant information regarding the calls (calls with a credit card, international access codes...)
- Note and deliver any message for the hotel clients
- Schedule and control wake-up calls
- Know the different ways to make a payment (fax, phone...)

About you

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Foreign languages: English/ French/ Dutch (at least two of these languages must be spoken fluently)
- IT skills: Word, Excel
- Preferably with a hotel background
- Dynamic and motivated
- Team spirit and service oriented
- Flexible on the work schedules (evenings and week-ends)
- Friendly with an excellent presentation
  • Languages required: English and French. Dutch is a plus
