As Concierge Coordinator, you will demonstrate the highest standards of guest care.

Key responsibilities will include:
•handling of departmental administration;
•processing of the daily departmental paperwork;
•processing of payroll;
•scheduling associates;
•handling of daily correspondence;
•attending departmental meetings and taking minutes where appropriate; ensuring they are communicated to all relevant staff and compiling reports as necessary.

Other duties will involve:
•providing accurate information concerning hotel facilities, venues and functions;
•assisting guests with all enquiries;
•maintaining detailed knowledge of the hotel activities of the day;
•maintaining detailed knowledge of key occurrences in the city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems, and special events.

·Candidates must have excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language. Additional languages are an advantage.

·Previous experience in relevant hotel operations is desirable.

·All applicants must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

·Knowledge of Front Office Opera PMS Systems is desirable.

·Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is essential.

·Must have the drive and passion to succeed at the highest level in order to ensure InterContinental London Park Lane becomes a renowned establishment.
