The Night Team Leader is responsible for managing an efficient room service operation through customer focused service delivery. By leading, coaching & supervising a large team, this role will direct all aspects of the Room Service operations to ensure the smooth running of a 24 hour service which understands the customers’ needs. The Team Leader is responsible to supervise his/her workforce efficiently throughout the night, completing tasks according to the night task list.
