We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Spa Attendant to join our Spa Team.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Casual Spa Attendant, who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this Casual Spa Attendant position are:

• Conduct regular checks of the spa and gym including pool area, lounge area, relax room, changing areas including lockers and any other facilities to ensure they are tidy, facilities are in good working order, free of rubbish & obstacles, well stocked and clean.
• Spa guests need a ready supply of spa towels, robes and slippers. Your job will be to ensure that used items are left in the correct places for laundering and that freshly laundered items are always available for the next guests.
• Conduct regular pool/hot tub water testing and keep record, and advise spa manager or maintenance staff of any issue.
• Ensure that guest supplies of toilet paper, soap, hand creams etc are kept well stocked within the changing rooms and report low stock levels to spa manager.
• To immediately report to Spa reception any items found and follow the ‘Lost Property’ procedure and hand into Accommodation Services Office any property found in the spa and gym area.

The ideal candidate for the Casual Spa Attendant requires the following:

As a Casual Spa Attendant, you will be working with a dedicated and passionate SPA Team and will report directly to the SPA Manager/Head of Spa Operations. You are expected to be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
