ABOUT THE ROLE


We are currently looking for a passionate Coordinator, to join our Conference & Banqueting Department on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.


At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Coordinator, your main duties will include:


 ·         To oversee that the office is running smoothly and efficiently and to bring to the attention of the Banqueting Manager any contravention of hotel policy

·         Support daily administration tasks in the office such as menu printing, place cards, table plans, BEO pack and stationary stores

·         Ensure Opera is updated with the latest menus and prices

·         Assist banqueting managers in ordering equipment and do Purchase orders

·         To accurately type letters, reports, Banqueting Event Orders and any other material that may be required

·         Look after all internal meetings, including communication with relevant colleagues, prepare and distribute BEO’s


As a Coordinator, you will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
