Floor Supervisor – THE LANDMARK LONDON HOTEL *****

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Floor Supervisor to join our Accommodation Services team.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Floor Supervisor, who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this Floor Supervisor position are:
• To check vacant rooms promptly each morning and report to the Office Co-coordinator the status found.
• To check each room daily on assigned floors to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and presented to required standards set.
• To report immediately to the Office Co-coordinator any rooms which do not require service, so that other rooms can be allocated to Room Attendants.
• To check that floor controls are completed and submit them and handover sheets to the Evening Supervisor before going off duty.
• To be responsible for the appearance of staff on his/her floor.
• To be responsible for checking that staff have satisfactorily completed the work assigned to them before going off duty.

The ideal candidate for the Floor Supervisor requires the following:
• Can-do attitude
• Positive outlook
• Approachable
• Highly Motivated
• Works well under pressure
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Supervisor
• Understands the importance of great attention to details

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be working with a dedicated and passionate Accommodation Services team and will report directly to the Assistant Director of Accommodation Services. You are expected to be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
