As a Human Resources Officer, you will be working within the Human Resources Department and report directly to the Human Resources Director.


Your role should support other members of the HR team, as well as employees and managers from other departments in areas such as working practices, conditions of employment, training, and development, and employee relations. Further to this, the role should provide advice and guidance to all levels on personnel issues and ensure records are accurately kept at all times.


As a primary point of contact for Human Resources, you will also develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the Company and have a clear understanding of the Company’s objectives.


Attention to detail and clear communication are vital, as well as pro-activeness.


Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster Gate on the central line underground.
