ABOUT THE ROLE


We are currently looking for a passionate HR Officer who will focus on Recruitment, to join our Human Resources Department on a permanent basis, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.


At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as an HR Officer, your main duties will include:


·         Answer general employee relations queries from employee population ensuring any necessary actions are followed up, and management and senior HR are alerted to any potential formal cases or claims.

·         Coach Managers to ensure long-term recruitment needs are considered and actioned.

·         Ensure all job offer paperwork and contracts of employment are coordinated promptly.

·         Be knowledgeable in all areas of immigration legislation in relation to appropriate visa and work permit application requirements, liaising closely with the external work permit consultant and to ensure the co-ordination of the work permit application process for the assigned departments.

·         Ensure all current vacancies in assigned departments are published and updated on the weekly Group Vacancy list, and all owned vacancies are maintained on the hotel website.

·         Proactively liaise with Departmental Managers regularly to discuss and agree recruitment needs and actively recruit positions as required, ensuring job descriptions and person specifications are updated, appropriate advertisements are published and appropriate interview questions and assessments are designed and updated where appropriate

 

As an HR Officer, you will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
