We are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Trainee, to join our Front Office Department on a on a fixed-term basis for 6 months with possibility of extension or a permanent contract and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and as a Job Title under the Kickstart Scheme, your main duties will include:

·         To assist guests with requests – hotel knowledge

·         To answer internal and external calls

·         To be present in hotel lobby – to assist guest

·         To carry out front office administrative tasks

·         To update guest requests and profiles  within the hotels system

·         Complete tasks within the hotels FO system

·         To assist in the lobby at all times, ensuring a constant presence.

·         To meet and greet VIP guests and ensure a warm VIP welcome and farewell, as well as VIP Guest Rooming as per Leading Standards.

·         To assist the Concierge & Reception team meeting and greeting the guest at the doors and giving directions to all our guests within the property


As a Front Office Trainee, you will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
