The Landmark London is recruiting for a 6-month Lobby Host/-ess Intern to start in 2021 or 2022.

We are currently looking for a passionate Lobby Host/-ess Intern, to join our Front Office Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team for 6 months, and help us to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

At The Landmark London, our purpose is to enrich the journeys of our people and our guests and during your internship as a Lobby Host/-ess Intern you will:

·         Meet and greet VIP clients and ensure a warm VIP welcome and farewell, as well as VIP Guest Rooming as per Leading Standards.

·         Ensure guest requests and inquiries are handled accordingly with the highest guest satisfaction and expectations.

·         Demonstrate product knowledge by being completely aware of the types of guestrooms and their configuration as well as being familiar operational hours and services of all hotel outlets.

·         Answer all queries in the most professional manner with regard to facilities, services and other features of The Landmark London by acting as a human signage.

·         Ensure lobby presence is maintained during peak business flow periods and project a warm and hospitable welcome and farewell and be courteous at all times.

·         Become a member of our taskforces and/or committees.

·         Cross-train in order to get to know other departments.

As a Lobby Host/-ess Intern, you will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
