The London EDITION is looking for an experienced Sales leader to join our team.
As our newest Director of Sales you will report directly to the hotel’s Director of Sales & Marketing. You will be responsible for executing the property’s sales strategy and achieving the associated revenue goals, assist in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a strong focus on Travel Industry sales. You will have prior experience in building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable the hotel to achieve its sales objectives and will also be responsible for achieving personal sales goals and will be involved in the planning of sales goals for all direct reports.
As Director of Sales you will be the main sales leader in the absence of the Director of Sales & Marketing for the hotel and ensure compliance with EDITION Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity. This position also has responsibilities for guest and employee satisfaction and for the financial performance of the department.
Previous experience in 5* Luxury Hotels is desirable.
