Guest Experience Agent is a very varied role and you will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, processing all guest requests and relaying messages as necessary. As Guest Experience Agent you will acquire excellent knowledge of the Hotel and our services and be the first friendly voice our guests and prospective guests encounter.
