Live in available with en-suite or shared bathroom
Annual gratuities circa £1500, training and development in house and off site, complimentary meals and staff discounts
Attend daily meetings, menu planning and menu knowledge with a keen understanding of food and beverage. Training of the team. Work on a section: and involved in customer service of afternoon tea and dinner.
5 days a week, normally straight shifts, 40hr contract + benefits
