We are recruiting for a passionate and knowledgeable Breakfast Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our wonderful guests.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences, part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. Part of Leading Hotels of the World, this property has 44 individually designed bedrooms, 12 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, Cheneston’s Restaurant (2 Rosettes) and unique Stables Bar. The hotel is renowned for delivering exceptional and attentive customer service.

Key responsibilities of the Breakfast Supervisor will include:

• Checking the breakfast buffet ensuring it is set up according to company standards
• Ensuring staff have a comprehensive knowledge of the food offering
• Providing guests with the best customer service possible
• Ensuring staff look highly presentable and are in the correct uniform at all times
• Training staff in relevant health and safety and food safety procedures

About you

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Supervisor position should:

• Have previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industries
• Be used to selling a high quality, luxury product
• Have previous experience serving and a good food knowledge
• Have a confident and outgoing personality
• Be a team player and have a collaborative approach
  • Language required: English.
