Job description

To ensure all guests are received in a manner befitting No 41Hotel. To present and maintain an environment that will ensure guest satisfaction. To help maximise occupancy and to be part of the Front Office Team,, enhancing standards within the department.

As a member of the Front of House Team, our staff and guests expect an individual whose appearance, clothing and general demeanour reflect the high standards of Red Carnation Hotels. Attitude should be one of confidence and professionalism, whilst recognising that guest satisfaction through employee service and performance is of paramount importance.


Minimum one year in a Guest Services or Front Office role
Good knowledge of London restaurants, museums etc.
Excellent people skills
Knowledge of 5 star standards
Highly presentable
